READY OR NOT - HERE WE COME!
The first day of Spring has come and gone - Winter must pull up her dusty skirts and exit the stage. My Crocuses tell me so. They actually popped their little heads out over a week ago and stood firm against another snowstorm. They remain hale and hardy and are calling to the daffodils which have begun to answer by sending tiny shoots out the check the weather.
I am boosting about having the first crocuses in Eastport this year and so far, nobody has disputed my claim.
I cannot wait to start planting for the Summer.
